Clinical, training, finance, HR, and operations roles that keep our 17 residences and day programs running.

Direct Support Professionals Training
Training that goes well beyond compliance
We invest deeply in our staff. A substantial portion of training is online with live components for hands-on skill-building and discussion. After general orientation, every staff member completes site-specific job shadowing and training tailored to the people they'll support.
New Hire Orientation
- People Supported: intellectual disability overview, relationship building, positive behavior supports, documentation
- Rights: human rights, mandated reporting, confidentiality, HIPAA
- Human Resources: worker safety, harassment prevention, cultural diversity, union orientation
- Health & Safety: fire safety, CPR / First Aid, medication administration, infectious disease control, defensive driving
